Step one: Area will be thoroughly washed and degreased with a degreaser solution.

Step two: Area will be dried and buffed and old grout will be removed from the existing tiles.

Step three: Area will be re-grouted with a mixture of new grout and sealant solution for the uttermost protection against grout de-coloration and leakage.
